Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all digital courses and products purchased on www.otorneducation.com using Lenco (by Broadpay) and any payment methods supported through the Lenco platform.


1. Digital Products Only

Otorn Education provides digital-only products and services, including online courses, downloadable materials, and access-based educational content.
Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.

As a result, returns are not possible, and refunds are limited as outlined below.


2. Payment Processing via Lenco (Broadpay)

All payments on this website are securely processed through Lenco (by Broadpay).
By completing a transaction, you agree to:

  • Lenco’s payment processing terms
  • Otorn Education’s Refund and Return Policy
  • Any applicable banking, mobile money, or card network rules

Otorn Education does not store your card or payment details.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges processed via Lenco
  • Verified technical access failure where the learner cannot access the purchased content and our support team cannot resolve the issue
  • Material misrepresentation of a course or product compared to its description at the time of purchase

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to complete a course
  • Partial use, download, or consumption of digital content
  • Incompatibility with the user’s device, browser, or internet connection
  • Promotional, discounted, or special-offer purchases (unless explicitly stated)

4. Refund Request Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.

Requests submitted after this period will be automatically declined, in line with Lenco’s dispute and settlement timelines.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@otorneducation.com with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Email address used during checkout
  • Course or product name
  • Lenco transaction reference / payment ID
  • Proof of payment (receipt or confirmation message)
  • Clear reason for requesting a refund

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


6. Refund Processing via Lenco

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through Lenco (Broadpay) using the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the bank, card network, or mobile money provider
  • Any non-refundable transaction or processing fees charged by Lenco or third-party providers may be deducted

Otorn Education does not control delays caused by banks or mobile money operators.


7. Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is issued:

  • Access to the refunded course or digital product will be immediately revoked
  • Any certificates or completion records associated with the refunded product will be cancelled

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback through Lenco, your bank, or mobile money provider, users are encouraged to contact Otorn Education directly for resolution.

Please note:

  • Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • Evidence of course access, logins, and content usage may be submitted to Lenco during dispute resolution
  • Repeated chargeback abuse may lead to permanent termination of access

9. Free Courses and Trials

  • Free courses and trial content are provided “as is”
  • They are not eligible for refunds or compensation

10. Policy Updates

Otorn Education reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Updates will take effect immediately once published on www.otorneducation.com.
